Is Linkos really free to use?
Yes! Our Free plan includes up to 10 links, basic analytics, social icons, and mobile optimization - all completely free forever. You can upgrade to Starter (€2/month annually) or Pro (€7/month annually) for more features when you're ready.
How is Linkos different from similar platforms?
Linkos is newer, faster, and more affordable. We offer unlimited links starting at just €2/month (vs €4+ elsewhere), modern design options, better analytics, and A/B testing and marketing tools that competitors charge premium prices for.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! Pro plan users can connect their custom domain (like links.yoursite.com) instead of using linkos.bio/yourname. This gives you complete brand control and looks more professional.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Absolutely! You can change your billing cycle anytime in your account settings. Annual billing saves you 17% compared to monthly payments.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your account will downgrade to the Free plan at the end of your billing period, so you'll keep your first 10 links and basic features. All your data stays safe.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day free trial for Pro plans, and 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. Just contact our support team and we'll process your refund quickly.

Starter and Pro users get a Marketing & Contacts hub in the dashboard. View all newsletter form signups in one place, import contacts via CSV, export your list, and filter by source, form, or profile. Perfect for growing your email list.
Do you provide analytics?
All plans include analytics. Free users get basic click tracking. Pro users get detailed analytics with geographic data, device info, referral sources, and exportable reports. Pro also includes Advanced AI Insights—weekly AI summaries and top-performing link recommendations—and blog analytics with outbound link tracking when you have a blog.
What are Advanced AI Insights?

How does A/B testing work for links?

Yes! Pro plan users can create unlimited profiles. Each profile has its own username (e.g. linkos.bio/personal and linkos.bio/business), links, and appearance. Free and Starter plans include one profile.

Pro plan includes A/B testing—create two link variants and see which converts better. Combine that with Advanced AI Insights for weekly recommendations. Use link scheduling for time-sensitive content and track outbound clicks in your blog analytics.

Do I have to use it?
No. You can turn off every toast and banner in Settings → Notifications. XP still runs quietly in the background but you won't see it.
What if I miss a day?
Streak resets but XP stays. No failure state, no shame loop. Mochi isn't here to nag you.
What does 'Sloth' mean here?
It's the on-ramp identity for explorers — read resources, take quizzes, save articles. Slow and steady. You can switch to Creator any time without losing progress.

How is Sloth+ different from Creator Pro?

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans cancel from your Sloth billing settings via Stripe — one click. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is lifetime really lifetime?
Yes. One €30 (founder) or €89 (standard) payment and Sloth+ is yours as long as Linkos exists. No renewals. Every future Sloth+ feature is included.
How does the €30 founder deal work?
